Positive: Everything about this hotel is amazing, the attention to detail in the design, the amenities, the beautiful and comfortable rooms. You can use the free boat transfer or even pay for private boat hire - we used this to travel to the different ports with more ease. They’ve even got weekly activities for the kids. The location is convenient as there’s a new mall Nextdoor. Restaurants are also great Most importantly the staff is exceptional. They really go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Special shout out to Fatih and Allan at reception - they are really accommodating.
