Positive: The location is great to get to nearby attractions. Everything you need + some, are available in the cottage. Extremely comfy bed.

Negative: the +- 60 steep steps from Garage to Garden setting, cottage about 1/4 way down. Watch out for animals who are a trip hazard. Over cluttered with minimal or no counter space. Slippy kitchen mat, I fell quite badly. Windows 99% opaque so no outside view, felt claustrophobic.

Summary: Wouldn't recommend for older persons due to steps
