It features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large backyard, a wrap-around second floor balcony with ocean views, and an intimate roof deck perfect for sipping your morning coffee while gazing at the sand and listening to the surf. The house has everything you need to enjoy the best of beach living -- open space concept with large chef kitchen, large windows, natural gas grill and fireplace, Solo Stove wood firepit, reclaimed wood Irish farm table in the courtyard-like tropical-landscape backyard. Sleep with the windows open to enjoy the sounds of the surf, knowing that if you hit a rare hot spell, you can always change your mind and put on the central AC. The house includes WiFi, large screen TVs, and a Sonos sound system (both inside and outside).
Upstairs, you'll find the private master bedroom suite which features a luxuriously comfortable King bed, and a large bath with separate shower and deep soaking tub. Also upstairs is an open loft-style office and the second floor balcony that spans half the house (and is a great spot to catch summertime fireworks). Downstairs, there are four more bedrooms, all in one wing. Bedroom 4 has 1 double bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have double beds, Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, and these three rooms share a hall bathroom with two sinks. Long term leases will include a 6th bedroom, furnished as a gym with free weights, lifting bench, Peloton, mirrors, padded floor, and large flat-screen TV. (Gym serves as locked owner storage room for short term rentals.)
The location of the property is truly outstanding -- sink your toes in the silky sand in about a 3-minute walk from your front door. And everything you need to make your beach life perfect is here, such as boogie boards, paddle boards, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach cruiser bikes. Elementary, middle school and high school all easy bike rides away.
For an additional fee, you can use a 6-seater GEM car (electric golf cart), ideal for breezy and fun transport around the island.
