Positive: The host, Gen, was an absolute gem. She kept in touch with us throughout our journey to PE, which made the trip feel seamless and reassuring. A day before our arrival, she sent one of the warmest welcome messages I have ever received, and when we arrived, she personally met us at the gate and assisted us. She was always prompt, attentive, and helpful with every question and request. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and located in a serene area. After settling in for a few hours, it truly felt like a home away from home. Both the host and the apartment made the journey completely worthwhile. Thank you, Gen, for such a wonderful stay.
