Positive: Close to the fabulous beach Close to a well stocked supermarket Safe in complex Friendly neighbours

Negative: We had no hot water the first night chatted to owner who sent plumber first thing next day. Carrying our own bedding. Took up space in the vehicle. Fixtures are a bit dated.
