Summary: Sura hotel was amazing! The hotel was so homely & comfortable. It was so clean, modern, high quality hotel. The hotel management & staff were so friendly, lovely & helpful. They really looked after us, like we were family! The standout people at the hotel were:
Hassan the manager was terrific, he sorted out minor issues for us with a click of his finger! Mohammed nadeer & uurgh were a great management team. Mohammed Ali Abbasi at the food service & bar was absolutely amazing! He & his colleagues Yasin & Barut really served us with a 5 star service at all times. Professional polite & extemely caring people. Yusuf at the reception was so helpful at all times, always smiling and welcoming with the most lovely greetings at all

I highly recommend this hotel. The management team & staff really look after you. As a bonus, the hotel is located in the best possible place, near all the main attractions & transport links. Making your stay 10/10.

Summary: Medium service minded staff with reception being all time low. Good breakfast with nice selection, but very crowded and loudly. Cleaning in room and bathroom especially not satisfying.

Summary: The location was fantastic, terrace is lovely with authentic old style touch.
While most of the rooms do not offer a view, we often spend our time outdoors. The staff members are noce, and the breakfast is quite enjoyable. However, my primary concern revolves around the room's refrigerator, which, despite appearing to function, failed to cool properly. This resulted in the spoilage of my travel provisions, necessitating their disposal. Unfortunately, this matter seems to have been overlooked.

Summary: Booked the room I booked. Kept getting messages from staff asking to upgrade the room. Smokers allowed everywhere, woke to smoke smell in the hallways despite being smoke free rooms. Loud pool noise until 2:00am. Over booked preventing available seats at breakfast. Booked a dinner cruise through concierge and the guide was 45 min late then after left us on one side of a busy street to fight traffic crossing, no cross walk…and he had a disabled guest that was left behind.
They tout high class and maybe so for all the medical tourists but I’ll never go back.

Summary: Everything was wonderful except breakfast. The breakfast buffet was monotonous, with just a lot of bread and fruit and no meat. The location was perfect, and the pool, though small, was nice. And most importantly, the hotel staff, especially the doorman, were incredibly helpful.

Summary: Need to be a bit more accomodating. Had to wait 5 hours to get a room after a long flight.
Food in restaurant was good. Coffee not so much.
Good location.
Room and bathroom adequate. Pool too small and crowded for swimming. Internet slow.
