Positive: The property was so clean.

Negative: It took us 2 hours 40 minutes to check in💔💔 because the door didn’t want to open and instead of resolving the issue the lady who was helping us wanted to blame us😡😡😡 this made me feel so disrespected and undermined. Then only when we are checking out she says she doesn’t know why security didn’t give us card for the main door because she paid for it! Why didn’t you check with us if we got it? (I didn’t entertain it because I felt like she want to blame security for her work as she sounded like someone who always finger points before resolving issues)

Summary: We enjoyed staying here.
