Positive: I recently stayed at Tranquil Apartments, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to the name. While the décor and amenities are indeed nice, there were some issues which took all tranquility away from this apartment. First, there was major construction going on, with constant banging and hammering, and even workers on scaffolding right outside my window as well as on the patio after 5:30pm, looking at me inside the apartment. None of this was communicated beforehand, which was a big disappointment. The blame was passed onto the building management by the agents. In addition, the shower drain was severely blocked, causing the bathroom to flood, and I had to mop it up with towels. The bed pillows were lumpy and definitely need replacing. Overall, while the apartment has potential, the lack of communication about the construction and maintenance issues really affected my stay and ability to work. Hopefully, these matters will be addressed for future guests.
