Summary: I gave this stay two stars, mainly because I couldn’t select a rating in between two and three stars, which would have felt more accurate. One of the main issues was that I booked a King Suite with a fireworks view, but upon arrival I was informed that because I had a pet, I was not eligible for that room type. This was not clearly communicated during the booking process, and I was placed in a different room instead. Since there is a price difference between the room types, this was disappointing. Additionally, while the room was clean and functional, it felt somewhat outdated compared to expectations based on the listing and photos. The stay itself was okay, but clearer communication about pet restrictions and more updated accommodations would have made a big difference in the overall experience.
