Fantastic location in St. Joseph, located in the Harbor Village Resort across from hole #4 of the Harbor Shores Golf Course (a Jack Nicholas Signature Golf Course). This is a 3 bedroom, 3 full bath brand new townhome located across the street from the Harbor Shores Golf Resort & just walking distance to Lake Michigan Beaches (Silver Beach, Tiscornia Beach & Jean Klock Beach).
Enjoy the Harbor Village pool & clubhouse, and you can stop right next door at the Harbor Inn to relax & enjoy pampering at their Spa, or indulge in wonderful meals at Planks Tavern while sitting out on the patio overlooking the St. Joseph River Harbor and Marina. Also within walking distance is kayak & bike rentals, and St. Joseph's fabulous downtown shops & restaurants. This is a brand new town home with all the amenities needed for a great vacation - grill, beach gear, washer & dryer, 2 car attached garage & new furnishings throughout.
