Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Breakfast is top notch, everything was perfect. Rooms are clean and clean

Negative: Check-in was not so good as I had to wait for sometime for the owner to respond after calling a number of times. I made a payment on bookings but when I got to the property I had to pay as they claim bookings payments don't go through. I'd suggest the payment option on bookings be removed as it causes confusion to the guests. I'd like to suggest the owner specify that payments are made at the property.
