Positive: It was my first time staying at a house that had security patrolling that felt really safe. The house will meet your expectations.

Negative: The host was not welcoming at all on the day of checkout. We ran out of toilet paper that morning, and the host felt like she had to remind us that this was a self-catering house and we should have bought our own stuff (rude). Even thou she gave it to us, it felt the same as not giving it to us. She should have just sold it to us it was clear she did not want to give it up. Also, while we were waiting for our transport inside the house, she said time is up while tapping her watch and said we need to leave. Like I get it, you need to clean the house, but there are nicer ways to handle such situations. She did not even say goodbye to us or ask if we enjoyed the stay . The host was just not hospitable at all. Another thing the glasses are not enough for 6 people. I'm glad I bought my own cause I had read this from the reviews,I guess they still don't care to change this.
