Children under 16 years of age are not permitted on any walking safaris.
No private vehicles are permitted to drive on the reserve unescorted after dark. The reserve gate closes at 20:00 and all additional transfers are subject to availability. Additionally, should guests arrive after 20h00, a R2 500.00 penalty will apply.
Should guests arrive outside of the gate times (seasonal and will be advised at the time of booking), an R500.00 penalty will apply.
The road from the main gate to the lodge is best accessible with high clearance or 4x4 vehicles. If you are driving a low-clearance vehicle – there is a once-a-day complimentary transfer from the gate to the lodge. The transfer is roughly 30min and your vehicle will remain at the gate, which is safe and guarded 24/7. Then, catch our once-a-day transfer which departs the main gate for the lodge at 13:00 every day (time changes depending on the season and what time the game drive is leaving).

Guests 1 years and older are considered adults. There must be an extra bed for children in case the standard beds cannot accommodate them.
