Three golf courses and the Somerset Mall are a short driving distance from the apartment and the Stellenbosch wine routes and historic farms are within 20 minutes by car. Table Mountain and Cape Town is 50 km from the apartment.
Safe parking for your vehicle is available on the first floor of the building.

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Strandsig 407. The apartment will be available from 14h00 on the day of your arrival and must be vacated at 10h00 on the day of your departure. The address is 95 Beach Road, Strand. Please phone me ± one hour before you arrive to arrange for the key to be delivered and to book you in. You can call me on (phone Number Hidden). There is no reception at the apartment. The balance of your accommodation cost as well as a R250 cleaning fee, and the key and breakage deposit ( R800 ), is payable in cash on your arrival. The key and breakage deposit will be refunded if the keys are handed back and the apartment is left in good order. The deposit will be paid into your bank account within 7 days after your departure.
Security deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $90
