The spacious 300 sqm three bedroom (all ensuite) home has 180 degrees unsurpassed spectacular ocean and golf course views, including down to Pezula`s signature hole number 14 on the cliffs. Because of its privileged location in the estate right on the ridge, the property has full privacy from neighbors and golfers and all you can hear is the soft sound of the Indian Ocean and the birds from the nature reserve. It has a FULL SOLAR ELECTRICITY BACKUP as electricity outages unfortunately are the norm these days. There is also a water filter for the entire house installed.

As 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very large, this is also is ideal for 2 couples to travel together as you can both enjoy your master suite with stunning ocean views and a wellness style bathroom.
There is also separate TV room with a large LED TV to provide an additional living area without any disturbance, and of course a separate scullery with dishwasher and washing machine to keep the main living space nice and quiet. Your cars can be parked in a double garage. It is a self catering villa, so no daily cleaning is provided, but housekeeping can be arranged upon request at additional costs.
Just 100 meter from the house also starts the path along the 18thhole to the Golf Clubhouse, 5 star restaurants and Spa, or into the Pezula nature reserve. There is also an absolutely secluded private beach of the Estate via a short hike. The common tennis court and swimming pool is only a 2 minute drive away.
The Pezula golf course and its amenities has won several awards and is one of the most spectacular golf courses in South Africa as it combines everything Knysna has to offer. The course is self is challenging and offers a variety of vegetation and views, from nice forest view , to spectacular lagoon views, all the way to endless Indian Ocean views.
