The flow of the villa allows for relaxed, private entertainment outside and in, with large siding doors enabling free movement from the outside braai area and swimming pool to the expansive open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge.
The peaceful home can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, all of which have king-size beds. The main en-suite bedroom overlooks the pool and has garden access. It also has its own flatscreen TV and more than enough cupboard space. The second and third bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom with shower and both have cupboard space. A guest toilet is located near the entrance to the house. A sleeper couch is available for 2 additional children.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a gas hob and oven, a microwave, an air fryer, two blenders, a kettle and toaster, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and an extra washing machine and fridge/freezer combination in the garage. Cleaning materials are provided. In the lounge is a Smart TV with DSTV / Netflix functionality, and a fire place. An added gas heater is also available for the main living area, and two extra electrical heaters are located in the rooms. A small study nook with copier/printer permits a working holiday for those who need to. Solar ensures that you can escape load shedding, when visiting Champagne Air.
Guests can enjoy the private, well-cared-for garden and swimming pool, as well as the outdoor seating area perfect for Champagne air dining. A third TV is also located right beside the braai facilities so that sport can be watched while flipping T-bones or veggie burger patties. Secure parking is available to guests, either in the double garage or in front, and the property is secure with an alarm system.
Vermont is quiet and peaceful; its ?green belts? offering a large variety of bird life and a sense of being close to nature. Access to the other famous Hermanus beaches, a number of restaurants, art galleries and coffee shops is a short drive away.
