Bar/ entertainment area with pool table leads through large stacker door onto a swimming pool built into the deck on the middle floor - Afternoon deck. The house has an open plan kitcken/ lounge/ dining area and entertainment area, this is a large space. There is an indoor braai and outdoor gas bbq. There is a seperate scullery/ pantry with dishwasher and washing machine.There are 3 bedrooms on the middle floor. A bathroom with slipper bath an shower service these 3 bedrooms. There are 2 guest loo s on this floor. Upstairs is a "honeymoon suite" style main bedroom with large bedroom leading onto balcony with lagoon views with a jacuzzi bath. The bedroom leads onto a walk in dressing room with a large en suite bathroom off of that which has double shower and slipper bath. The house is on the island about 250m from the lagoon and close walking distance from the world famous Wild oats market. Domestic worker 3 x a week is included. Available 8 December to 18 January. Minimum 20 nights Please be aware there are 2 sets of stairs so not ideal for disabled or elderly people.
