The villa is located on the Marmara Sea on a narrow peninsula in a popular excursion destination in Istanbul. The wonderful micro climate is very pleasant, so that it never gets too hot and a light wind is always flattering.
It is 300 m to the sea and easy to walk, there are various beach pools, the sea is pleasant and clean.
The architecturally interesting house was rebuilt in 2009 and completed in 2012. the rooms are spacious, the living room with a height of 4 m has a great ambience. There is a private swimming pool in the garden.
