Experience something new and different. Cape Footprints offers you the opportunity to stay in a round house made partially with sandbags. Located conveniently between George and Knysna on South Africa's unique Garden Route, the house offers uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean where dolphins and whales are regularly sighted. Kleinkranz beach is a mere 2minute walk from the house.
The house comfortably sleeps 8 people (three double and one twin room). There are 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers, a very spacious and well equipped kitchen with a cooking island, an indoor braai (BBQ) and a living room that overlooks the sea. There is a fireplace for chilly evenings. In the back is a traditional Zanzibar bench offering a perfect place for sundowners. Downstairs is a garage with ample space. We have a water-wise indigenous garden in the front and back.
The area offers opportunities for a multitude of activities and a mosaic of ecosystems for both adults and children alike – hiking, golfing, canoeing, cycling, paragliding, bungee jumping, elephant park, monkey land to name but a few. The area has a number of excellent local markets selling local produce and many different restaurants offering a fine dining experience. The local shop is only a few minutes away.
Enjoy a montage of land and seascapes from the comfort of the living room and fall asleep with the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore.
