The solar powered house comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. The main bedroom, situated on the first-floor level, contains a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, a large dressing area and a private balcony with deck chairs overlooking the lush greenery of the Onrus River lagoon and ocean. The second and third bedrooms are also situated on the first floor, and both contain queen-size beds, with bedroom 2 having a shower and bedroom 3 containing a free-standing bath. The second bedroom has expansive view of the Onrus lagoon and ocean across the pool. The third bedroom overlooks the back garden and the mountain. The upstairs floor offers a kitchenette as well. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and comprises a king-size bed, and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Sliding doors open onto a private outdoor sitting area and it has views of the back garden. All rooms have air-conditioning.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, 2 lounges and a separate TV lounge with two 65″ TV’s, a bar area with wine coolers and an ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 integrated fridge/freezer combinations, a double Miele oven with steam- and Micto convection oven, a gas- and an induction hob, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a fully equipped separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen and all the bathrooms throughout the house have filtered water. Cleaning consumables and toiletries are provided.
Additional features include outdoor BBQ / braai facilities and pizza oven, a fireplace in the lounge and in the main bedroom, a fire pit, outdoor dining, free Wi-Fi with full DSTV / Netflix, 3 more TV’s, garage parking for 4 cars as well as additional secure parking. The house also has a roof terrace from where lifetime memories can be captured. A mini gym is available for sport enthusiasts.
Housekeeping services are provided at least 5 times per week. Food spices and firewood are freely supplied, as well as a starter pack of coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine.
