The home is all-season with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining space with a beautiful enclosed sunroom. Enjoy your morning coffee or mid-afternoon cocktail from the deck overlooking the beach.
Looking for a home base for your ski vacation in the winter? We're close to many ski resorts like Snow Valley, Horseshoe Valley and Blue Mountain. Snowmobile trails are nearby or enjoy snowshoeing along the beach outside your front door.
Three spacious bedrooms with a main living area - complete with smart TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware. Enjoy the closed-in sunroom that's great for yoga or relaxing with your favourite book and watch the waves on windy or cooler days. Board games for adults and children, playing cards and a library are also available for your enjoyment.
Have your meals indoors at the breakfast bar or dining area. If you prefer, the gazebo or deck overlooking the beach are fabulous outdoor alternatives - complete with picnic table, as well as table and chairs. There is also a large deck on the roadside for cooler or windy days. The gas BBQ is located on this deck.
Woodland Beach is family oriented, in a friendly neighbourhood - a great place to make memories! Walk for miles on the sandy beach, build sand castles, skip stones or have fun cooling off in beautiful Georgian Bay - with shallow, sandy bottom.
Wasaga Beach and Collingwood are nearby for night life, golfing, mini-putt, go karts, hiking, paint ball - to name a few activities. Good fishing is but a few yards out in the bay on a calm day.
Other amenities provided are a canoe, children's kayak and floating mat, as well as three adult life jackets. Use the watercraft at your own risk. Weather conditions can change quickly - especially beware of an offshore breeze! For your entertainment, there is also bocci and horseshoes for the adults and plenty of sand toys for the young ones.
