You can enjoy the inside/outside lifestyle typical of Southern California. The design, modern furniture, and artwork is elegant yet discrete.
Adjacent to the living area, there is an extra family/study room, with a large custom-made bookshelf packed with American and foreign literature, graphic novels, and arts books. The family room opens into the cactus garden atrium through large sliding glass doors.
A lush garden surrounds the house on three sides. The large front yard, with a café table, is surrounded by tall pine trees, succulents, and blooming flowers.
