Summary: This is our second time in this beatiful classical designed hotel. we impressed with the design of hotel, quality, service, and friendly staff. Location is close to underground, tram station, taxi is easy to get, also just front of the big shopping mall and restaurants. Special thanks to Sertac, Umit, Ibrahim, Nursel, Ayperi, Omer, and Halis for taking care of us.Love from London
