Third bedroom has a double bed with a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Fourth bedroom has two single beds with a bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom4 upstairs has a pool table. The downstairs area has a sun lounge with wide doors that lead onto the terrace with wide steps that lead down to the garden. There is a comfortable lounge suite in the sun room with a table tennis table. The downstairs area also has a second TV lounge as well as a kitchen lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with a seperate scullery with walk in fridge and a separate laundry room. The downstairs area has a guest toilet. There is DSTV in the TV lounge and the sun room is equipped with a sound system. There is a covered terrace in the garden with a huge table perfect for al fresco dining as well as a large comfortable L shaped cane couch. The garden is well manicured with a large swimming pool and pool loungers. The house is extremely secure with an electric fence and burglar alarm. The house is serviced daily by our staff who have their own very separate and private staff quarters with its own entrance
