Positive: We loved the 4 bedroom with 4 en-suite bathrooms - all had very nice bathrooms - the Main en suite also had a bath. There were some minor teething issues on check-in but these were sorted out efficiently and effectively. Two nice areas for relaxation and entertaining, one where the pool is and the other where one can braai. The property agents were excellent in their speedy assistance when needed thank you Donna from Serenity group!

Negative: The unit is not very well equipped for self-catering in terms of dishing up bowls, salad bowls, kitchen utensils, no oven gloves, no roasting pan, etc. There was no handover in terms of checking out quantities of kitchen items which makes me believe that guests could help themselves to items which is a loss to the host. Also on check-out, there was no checking of household items.

Summary: Pleasant and comfortable stay for 8 adults.
