Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Good price, overall positive, great host, very helpful and responds quickly to any problems. Bed was extra comfy and good shower. 24/7 hot water and also had an air fryer which we loved. Also there is inside parking and the area is safe. Super close to the Beach, 12 min drive to Canal walk, Centre Point Shopping centre is super close, like a 3 min drive where can get whatever you need. Also fast food is close by too.

Negative: Very shakey wifi, the best wifi spot was sitting on the stairs or using the desk upstairs. It was pretty good when it worked but struggled alot with the wifi. Also smaller than I thought but not too small. Kitchen only fits one person at a time. Also the apartment is cold downstairs

Summary: Good enough value for the price. Pretty Comfortable
