Positive: In theory, the property met its description and had the necessary facilities. We had planned to stay two nights, but left after the first night, as we were just not comfortable.

Negative: The location leaves a lot to be desired. Directions were ok, but the property is not well sign-posted, as a result we went past in and ended up in a section of town just a block away that was not very pleasant, lots of people just hanging around and watching us, certainly created a safety concern. There was a lot of street noise in the evening and again early morning. Further, in today's South African reality of loadshedding, not having a power and water solution is not really acceptable.

Summary: Adequate facilities, but not the greatest location
